This project began as a full-scale landscape design and build for a new construction home, with the goal of creating a balanced blend of recreation, structure, and elegance. We installed a complete irrigation system to support long-term plant health and laid the foundation with engineered limestone block retaining walls, providing both function and aesthetic framing across the property.

A key feature of the space is a regulation-size bocce ball court, designed with crushed oyster shell groundcover for authentic play and flanked by a custom masonry seat wall, offering built-in seating and architectural continuity.

The planting plan included a selection of climate-appropriate trees, shrubs, and accents to bring seasonal interest and visual softness. Low-voltage landscape lighting was installed throughout to accentuate pathways, walls, and trees — delivering ambiance and safety after dark.

This build delivers a timeless outdoor experience, balancing structured design with leisure and lifestyle features.
