This project involved a complete outdoor transformation designed for both aesthetics and erosion control across a sloped property. We constructed limestone block retaining walls to define clean tiers and hold grade, complemented by concrete curbs for structural edging and material separation.

The turf areas were a blend of artificial turf for high-traffic zones and hydroseeding for cost-effective green coverage elsewhere — offering a balance of form and function. Custom welded fencing was installed for perimeter security and visual cohesion.

A comprehensive irrigation system was installed to support new plantings and mature trees, while landscape lighting was strategically placed to highlight architectural features and improve nighttime visibility.

The result is a refined, low-maintenance landscape tailored to the property’s natural contours and the client’s long-term usability goals.
