Custom Patio Design-Build

This fully custom patio build was designed to seamlessly blend with the existing architecture while delivering a high-performance outdoor living experience. A single-slope roof with composition shingles was custom-engineered to match the home’s roofline, and a new concrete pad extension with a durable textured coating created the foundation for the space.

At the heart of the project is a custom outdoor kitchen, complete with granite countertops and plumbed natural gas appliances, ideal for entertaining. The structure was painted to match the home exterior, and finished with a warm, stained tongue-and-groove ceiling for a rich, elevated aesthetic.

To elevate comfort and usability, we incorporated a media/storage closet, TV mantle wall, and a full surround sound system with amplifier — supported by recessed lighting throughout for both form and function.

The result is a thoughtfully designed outdoor space that combines luxury, entertainment, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
